Udit Narayan launches YouTube channel to mark 40 yrs in Bollywood


Veteran singer Udit Narayan has completed four decades in the film industry and to mark the milestone, he has launched his own Youtube channel.

Udit Narayan, who started his career with the movie "Unees-Bees" in 1980, said: "This industry has been kind to me. It has given me everything. And with people's blessings and love, today successfully I am marking 40 years in the industry."

The singer said his "only aim was to make a place in Indian film and music industry and moreover to be in people's heart".

He credits his fans for being feted with several honours.

The veteran singer says his son Aditya Narayan told him that he was "the most viewed male singing artists on YouTube and there he encouraged me to come and embrace it".

About his father stepping into the digital space with his own channel, Aditya said: "The internet has made this world such a small place and I believe that it is the perfect time to begin this new journey and have absolutely no doubt that his millions of fans all over the world are going to love the music & music videos on his channel."

Rithvik Dhanjani hopes to take fans on 'nostalgia trip' with new dance cover video

  TV actor Rithvik Dhanjani hopes his new dance cover music video will send all those who grew up in the nineties on a nostalgic trip. Rithvik and choreographer Suresh Mukund have teamed up to create a cover on the beats of "Dance with you (nachna tere naal)", the popular Punjabi R&B track of 2003 by The Rishi Rich Project. Bring back the 'Bolly good' lip-synch fad in songs

Hindi mainstream has served up a couple of songs lately that managed to grab eyeballs in an old-Bollywood way. The movies that feature the respective songs are lined up for OTT release, but that hasn't taken away the filmi touch. "Param sundari", filmed on Kriti Sanon in "Mimi", and "Chura ke dil mera 2.0" in "Hungama 2", bringing back Shilpa Shetty, have been trending upon release within a span of days from each other.
